There are two proposals for the 2014 International Congress of Neuroethology:

For those of you who are attending the ICN in Salamanca, there will be presentations about these two proposals at the business meeting on Thursday. After these presentations, we will take an informal poll of the attendees to judge their preference.
We will also conduct an online poll of all members. The final decision by the executive committee will be influenced by the preferences of the membership, but will also take into account other considerations such as financial matters.
Please take a moment to look at these two proposals.
